Loft’s cancellation policy
Classes keep getting busier so we enforce a late cancellation policy to ensure spots don’t go unused. Nothing’s worse than being on the waitlist and a spot opening up too late to make it in!
To avoid penalties you can cancel through the app or your account online.
⏰Spin + Mat classes: cancel at least 8 hours in advance.
⏰Reformer classes: cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
Late cancellations/no-shows = lost class credit (or $20 fee for Unlimited).
ClassPass bookings follow their own policy so please contact them directly.

Since 2019, Loft has been all about creating a space where you can be your true self while enjoying fitness. Deb’s dream was to offer more than just quality workouts; she wanted to build a genuinely welcoming community.
