  • SPIN

    Ride to the rhythm.

    A challenging cardio workout that lets you get lost in the music - before you know it, 50 minutes has flown by.

    Goals: Cardio endurance

  • BARRE

    Pulse, burn, repeat.

    An energetic, fast paced workout combining Pilates, aerobics and ballet-inspired movements for a full-body burn out.

  • REFORMER FLOW

    Focused, fluid movement.

    Flow seamlessly through a full-body Reformer workout to enhance your strength and coordination.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Please arrive minimum 10 minutes before the start of class.

    We’ll show you around, help you get set up, and make sure you feel comfortable.

    Please note: There is no late admittance.

  • Water bottle & comfortable, form fitting clothes that you can move in.

    If you’re taking Reformer, grip socks are required.

    We provide everything else!

    • All equipment (including yoga mats + props)

    • Towels and spin shoes (SPD compatible shoes also welcome)

    • Showers, water coolers and free wifi

  • Booking ahead is recommended to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

  • You can cancel through the app or your account online.

    Your class credit will be returned to your account if you cancel on time.

    Spin + Mat classes: cancel at least 8 hours in advance.
    Reformer classes: cancel at least 12 hours in advance.

  • We’ve got you. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors always offer modifications and options so you can go at your own pace. 

    Be kind to yourself—trying something new takes courage. It often takes at least 3 classes to really feel energized and accomplished, but we’ll support you every step of the way. You’re in the right place. 

  • Danforth Studio: 452 Danforth Ave. On the north side, just one block east of Chester Station.

    Midtown Studio: 2576 Yonge St. On the east side, 2nd floor, a short walk from both Eglinton & Lawrence subway stations.

    There is plenty of free street parking or paid lots surrounding both studios!
