EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Please arrive minimum 10 minutes before the start of class.
We’ll show you around, help you get set up, and make sure you feel comfortable.
Please note: There is no late admittance.

Water bottle & comfortable, form fitting clothes that you can move in.
If you’re taking Reformer, grip socks are required.
We provide everything else!
All equipment (including yoga mats + props)
Towels and spin shoes (SPD compatible shoes also welcome)
Showers, water coolers and free wifi

Booking ahead is recommended to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

You can cancel through the app or your account online.
Your class credit will be returned to your account if you cancel on time.
Spin + Mat classes: cancel at least 8 hours in advance.
Reformer classes: cancel at least 12 hours in advance. -
We’ve got you. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors always offer modifications and options so you can go at your own pace.
Be kind to yourself—trying something new takes courage. It often takes at least 3 classes to really feel energized and accomplished, but we’ll support you every step of the way. You’re in the right place.

Danforth Studio: 452 Danforth Ave. On the north side, just one block east of Chester Station.
Midtown Studio: 2576 Yonge St. On the east side, 2nd floor, a short walk from both Eglinton & Lawrence subway stations.
There is plenty of free street parking or paid lots surrounding both studios!
