  • Water bottle & comfortable, form fitting clothes that you can move in.

    If you’re taking Reformer, grip socks are required.

    We provide everything else!

  • We recommend starting with one of our Signature Classes:

    Spin - Great for people who want the motivation of amazing music to carry them through an intense cardio workout.

    Barre - Ideal for anyone looking for a fast-paced, energetic workout that will get every muscle in your body shaking.

    Reformer - The perfect fit for people looking to slow down and move mindfully through their workout.

  • Yes, with your healthcare provider’s approval.

    Let your instructor know before class. They’ll provide modifications and help you move safely.
    If you’re unsure what’s safe for you, always check with your healthcare provider.

  • Danforth Studio: 452 Danforth Ave. On the north side, just one block east of Chester Station.

    Midtown Studio: 2576 Yonge St. On the east side, 2nd floor, a short walk from both Eglinton & Lawrence subway stations.

    There is plenty of free street parking or paid lots surrounding both studios!

  • All Loft studios offer free acess to:

    • Lockers & locks

    • Showers and change rooms

    • Towel service

    • Filtered water stations

    • Spin shoes

    • Free WiFi

ETIQUETTE & POLICIES

  • You can cancel through the app or your account online.

    There are no penalties if you cancel on time.

    Spin + Mat classes: cancel at least 8 hours in advance.
    Reformer classes: cancel at least 12 hours in advance.

    Penalties for late cancellations or no shows are loss of class credit or $20 fee for Unlimited members.

  • Loft does not allow late admittance to classes.

    Classes start on time for everyone’s safety and focus.
    Once class begins, the doors close and late entry isn’t permitted.

    If you’re running late, call the studio — we’ll try to help you rebook for a later class if available.

  • Phones are not permitted in classes. They should be stored in lockers provided.

    Smartwatches must be set to Theatre Mode.

    If you need to be reachable in an emergency, the front desk can hold your phone and notify you if needed.

    • Arriving 5 minutes early = on time.

    • Respect others’ space and focus.

    • Wear deodorant and clean gear.

    • Be kind to staff, instructors, and each other.

    • If you’re in the front row, lead the vibe!

  • Loft does not offer refunds for class packs or membership purchases.

    If for any reason you can’t use classes you’ve paid for, please send us an email and we’ll try to find a solution together.

  • Teens aged 14–17 can attend with a parent or guardian present.
    All minors must have a parent-signed waiver before participating.

    Minimum height to use a spin bike: 4’11”.

    Children under 12 are not permitted in class or the studio.

CREDITS & MEMBERSHIPS

  • Spin + Mat Credits can be used for Spin, Spin 45, Spin HIIT, Extended Spin, Barre, Mat Pilates, Pilates Fusion, Strength and Yoga.

    Reformer Credits can be used for any Reformer class.

    Class credits expire 6 months after purchase. They are non-transferable.

  • Our monthly memberships are ideal for anyone who takes classes every week. They are designed based on your frequencey, from once a week to every day.  

    Memberships automatically refill your class credits each month. You can choose from 5, 8 or Unlimited classes monthly.

    At our Danforth location you can choose memberhsips that include Reformer classes.

  • In addition to discounted classes, memberships offer accountability, savings, and routine.

      Member-only promotions

    • 10% off purchases, including top-up credits

    • Quarterly perks including free guest passes, free member’s-only classes and challenges

  • Memberships have a 3-month commitment. You can cancel your membership any time after that by emailing us. Please note, we require minimum 1 week notice to process membership cancellations.

    You can pause your membership for up to 30 days every 6 months.
    Just email the studio minimum of 1 week in advance to request a hold.

  • Yes! We’re proud to support those who care, teach, and grow.

    SENIOR DISCOUNT

    Discount: 10% off class packs.

    Qualification: Anyone 65 or older.

    Proof required: Valid photo ID.

    STUDENT & TEACHER DISCOUNT:

    Discount: $10 off 10 class packs, 5% off memberships.

    Qualification: Certified K–12 educators or college/university professors currently teaching.

    OR

    Full-time students currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary program (college, university, undergrad, or grad level).

    Proof required: Staff or student ID card, or current proof of employment/enrollment.

    HEALTHCARE HERO DISCOUNT

    Discount: $10 off 10 class packs, 5% off memberships.

    Qualifications: Licensed, practicing professionals providing direct patient care.

    Proof Required: Staff ID card, schedule or link to employer website.

  • Yes! Digital and physical gift cards are available and can be redeemed for class packs or memberships.

  • Yes! You can use one of your class credits to book a friend.

    Book your class first, then book again and select “Reserve for a Guest.”


    If it is their first time, they’ll just need to sign a waiver when they arrive.
