Get it? "Personal" training built for two. 

You commit to a progressive training plan to reach your goals with fun and engaging workouts. Spend time with partners, family or friends - keep each other accountable to getting stronger and healthier together. 

 

 

How it works

  1. You purchase an Initial Assessment or PT Package.

  2. We will send you an Assessment Form to fill out.

  3. You will be matched with one of our trainers.

  4. Together we will create a personalized plan that creates a weekly routine to work toward your goals.
