Our course is designed to give you TIME, PRACTICE and FEEDBACK - proven to build your confidence and discover your inner super star power to lead Rhythm Spin Classes.
Course Completion Requirements (15 hours):
✓Pre-Work (2 - 3 hours)
✓Attend in-person class and session Sat, Jan. 27 10:30am-1:30pm (3hours)
✓Attend virtual class Tues, Jan. 30 7:30-8:30pm
✓Asynchronous Work (10 - 12 hours)
