Movement has always been a central part of Krista’s life, from dance and yoga to Pilates. She turned to Pilates to build strength and enhance her practice, and over time, blended all of her modalities into a method that emphasizes thoughtful, creative sequences to build strength, improve mobility and flexibility. As a local east ender, Krista found Loft and was drawn in by the strong sense of community.
Style: Expect welcoming, empowering classes that feel purposeful—each movement and transition has a reason behind it, so participants feel focused and connected to their practice.
Music: A great mix of old & new, with a strong beat that you can pulse to ;)
Fun Fact: Her Australian Shepherd pup, Kaia, has learned so many impressive tricks that she's basically a furry little gymnast!
