Katherine has had a lifelong commitment to movement that started with dance and has transitioned to fitness. She moved from New Brunswick to Toronto to pursue dance professionally and has found a passion for fitness through barre and strength training.

Style: Katherine combines her background in dance and strength training to create challenging classes that flow through movements for a seamless experience focused on form and education for all levels.
Music: Nothing gets her blood pumping like a good 70’s or 80’s throwback song, remix version! Your serotonin levels will be off the charts in Katherine’s classes, and she’s always open to requests!
