Arriving 5 minutes early is on time! Coming 5 minutes before class ensures that you have time to set up and relax before your class starts.
Respecting others’ space and focus. We’re all here to unwind, enjoy ourselves, and sweat. By being respectful of other people's space, it ensures that everyone is able to get the same thing out of class.
To help keep the studio clean and smelling good, always make sure you’re wearing deodorant and clean gear to class! Sweating in class is inevitable, but preparing for it ensures that the studio stays fresh!
Be kind! Loft is the studio you love because of kindness. Being kind to staff, instructors, and each other keeps the studio a warm and welcoming place.

Working out while recovering from an injury
If you're worried about a recovering injury but still want to move, all of our classes are safe for you to take. Speak to your healthcare provider to get the go-ahead and let our team know. Our instructors offer modifications to ensure that you get the most out of the class without further straining your injury.
