Anastasia found Spin through her mom, who spent years convincing her to give it a try. And she’s been hooked ever since! As a former competitive swimmer and cheerleader, Anastasia’s high energy and love of movement are a perfect match for the spin room. You might even recognize her as one of our regular riders.
