A four class series for new riders or riders who want to get back to basics! Learn proper bike set-up, safety, riding form and choreography at a slower pace. Riders will have time to ask questions and practice. At the end of the series, riders will be ready for ANY spin class.
Beginning Thursday July 4th from 7:30pm - 8:20pm (July 4th, July 11th, July 18th and July 25th). Series is led by Loft's very own Jackie Marwah-Chow.
Cost includes a smoothie after the last class.
