A four class series for new riders or riders who want to get back to basics! Learn proper bike set-up, safety, riding form and choreography at a slower pace. Riders will have time to ask questions and practice. At the end of the series, riders will be ready for ANY spin class.
Beginning Thursday May 23rd from 7:30pm - 8:20pm (May 23rd, May 30th, June 6th and June 13th). Series is led by Loft's very own Jackie Marwah-Chow.
Cost includes a smoothie after the last class.
